The modular WWTP VARIOcomp: The treatment plant is designed for the treatment of domestic waste water from family houses, villas, cooperatives. The treatment process is SBR type - the waste water goes through a process of mechanical treatment, biological treatment (membrane biomodule option), secondary sedimentation, air-lift pump. It is equipped with an air blower controlled by a microprocessor control panel. It is available in a variety of basic series, series with additional purification of phosphorus and/or UV lamps for decontamination of purified water.
Working principle:
Wastewater enters the settling section (A) at the inlet of the wastewater treatment plant (WTP), where floating and settled solids are removed, which are further subjected to anaerobic digestion. From the settling compartment, the mechanically pretreated water enters through an overflow into the activation compartment (B). The activation compartment (B) is used for the biological treatment of waste water. In its lower part, a fine bubble aeration system is installed, in which air is supplied by means of a blower and possibly a support for biomass (C), improving the process stability of an overloaded or partially loaded wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The advantage of this design is that the storage capacity (D) is the entire space of the treatment plant designed to store the wastewater as well as to ensure a uniform outflow of wastewater from the treatment plant. The activated mass from the activation compartment flows to the vertical secondary settling tank (E); from there, the purified water is extracted by means of an air lift (F) to the outlet trough. Excess aerobically stabilized sludge is airlifted to the settling and sludge compartment (A) if necessary.

Installation:
Easy installation - the tank is placed in a trench, on a foundation concrete slab, then it is connected to the sewage system, as well as to each other (with hoses laid in protective sleeves) with the control unit (and the blower) connected to a power supply (230 V /AC).
A pole or canopy is required to install an electrical panel and blower.
Additional options:
- VARIOcomp K type treatment stations are intended for installation in places with passing cars such as garages, parking lots, etc. The model is reinforced with two hulls to avoid additional construction activities – construction of a concrete shaft.
- Monitoring of the installation using a GSM device, which allows monitoring the operation of the plant and informing the owner about operational conditions and emergency events, if any.
- In the case of a prolonged lack of loading of the wastewater treatment plant, we offer an artificial power supply device.
