Sorting and Dynamic disc drums

The rotating screens are designed for the mechanical pre-processing of MSW and allow the waste materials to be separated by size. The interchangeable perforated metal sheets or grilles allow the waste or processed material to be divided into two or more sizes; undersize material (that which passes through the holes in the metal sheet), and oversize material (that which, being larger than the holes in the perforated metal sheet, remains on top of the metal sheet itself).

The dynamic screens are machines designed for the mechanical pre-processing of Solid Municipal Waste, and allow the waste materials to be separated by size by adjusting the speed and rotation of the discs.
The shape of the discs and the distance between them can vary, thus allowing the material to be divided into two separate flows.
