Venturi-scrubbers for press fumes

Venturi Scrubbers are applied in the chipboard panel industry, where sucked up pollutant consists of vapour and wood dust.
Actual abatement occurs inside the venturi, into which a high quantity of water is injected. Dust particles come into contact with water and are weighed down and decanted in the underlying collection tank.
A downstream cyclonic decanter stops water particles carried in air flow.
